Due to the housing crisis in Ghana, Heritage AG Limited (Heritage) has identified a business opportunity by developing a Greenfield site located in Prampram. To solve this crisis, the Ministry of Housing and Public Works (Government) has approached the private sector for solutions. Heritage and the Government have established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that outlines the instrument guidelines for the development of a 15,000-housing unit development over a five (5) year period.

Sanguine Capital Advisors (Sanguine) has been engaged by Heritage to facilitate the project finance and development of this project. The project finance is currently ongoing with Letters of Intent (LOI) released by regional financial institutions expressing their interest in arranging and providing debt finance for this project.
